MSG (Ret.) Tom Kouloganis
Mr. Kouloganis retired from the U.S. Military after 20+ years, spending the entire two decades of service assigned to the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC). Tom has vast experience and proven success in managing and prioritizing multiple, complex projects in high-stress environments, achieving mission success while interacting with U.S. and foreign senior officers and their civilian equivalents, including Presidents and Prime Ministers. Additionally, Tom has extensive experience operating in over 25 countries, working with host country governmental and liaison entities on a variety of national security and foreign policy issues.

Mr. Kouloganis led direct action and counter terrorism teams on countless operations, leveraging best-in-world special operations skill sets, including advanced marksmanship, long range sniper interdiction, close quarter battle, military operations in urban environments, combat patrolling, low intensity conflict planning and execution, and joint interagency planning and execution.

Tom has developed multiple organizational capacity improvement programs and instructional curricula that have included: organizational assessment, security enhancement procedures, strategic security design, curriculum development, and mission readiness exercises.
